Bioguard
Bioguard is an effective amine-based product for preventing the growth and spread of marine organisms such as algae, shellfish, and microorganisms. This product is used in seawater cooling systems and also acts as a corrosion inhibitor.
- For seawater cooling systems, the consumption rate will be approximately 3 to 7 liters per 1 ton of seawater. When determining the consumption rate, the capacity of pumps, pipes, and flow rate must also be considered.
- Ballast Tanks: For ballast tanks, the initial dosage is 10 liters per 1 ton of water. Subsequently, 4 liters per 1 ton should be added monthly.
- For oil rig balance tanks: In this case, the consumption rate is 25 liters per 1 ton of water. The addition of new Bioguard should be proportional to the replacement water added.

Combitreat
DM-115 is an alkaline powdered product that causes solids in the boiler to remain suspended and be removed from the boiler by blowdown. This action prevents the deposition of calcium and magnesium salts on the boiler tubes and body, and prevents corrosion and a decrease in boiler efficiency.
A – Provides suitable alkalinity for the boiler.
B – Prevents the deposition of hardness and water salts on the body and tubes.
C – Neutralizes water acidity.
D – By containing phosphate compounds and reacting with calcium and magnesium salts to form a suspended complex, it ultimately ensures that these salts are removed from the boiler by blowdown without forming deposits. The table below shows the DM-115 addition rate.

It should be noted that the DM-115 addition rate is based on the boiler water alkalinity measurement, and this amount is easily obtained using a test kit. Our recommendation for boiler alkalinity is 200 – 300 ppm phenolphthalein alkalinity, a maximum chloride ion level of 200 ppm, and a pH between 8.3 and 9.0. However, it is advisable to consider the boiler manufacturer’s recommendations in such cases.

Cold Wash
Cleaner 517 is a complete detergent for washing oil, grease, and related contaminants, which effectively works on various surfaces and parts and separates contaminants from parts and surfaces as an emulsion.
A – An appropriate amount of Cleaner 517 can be applied with a brush or roller to the body or contaminated surfaces, then rinsed with water after 15 to 30 minutes. The discharge of a milky substance from the surface will clean the surface or part, making it free of any contamination.
B – An appropriate amount (10 to 30%) of the product can be mixed with water, and the part immersed in it. After some time, the part will be free of contamination and can be used after rinsing.
C – The product can be sprayed onto the part or surfaces and rinsed with water after three minutes. If Cleaner 517 is used by immersion (method B), the solution can be stored and reused.
D – For cleaning tanks contaminated with oily petroleum substances, etc., the tank can be filled with water up to 20% of its volume, then 10 to 20% of the tank’s volume of Cleaner 517 is added, and the cleaning process is continued by pumping the resulting emulsion onto the walls or by adding water until the tank is full. Tank cleaning will take 2 to 24 hours depending on the level of contamination. The speed of removing oil, grease, and other contaminants with this product is incredible.
Cleaner 517’s composition includes light hydrocarbon detergent and has no corrosive effect on parts, even aluminum ones.

This product is formulated for floor cleaning machines.
